A motivated and diligent educator, Lucy has close to 40 years’ experience in diverse settings in Australia and internationally. Her professional life has included work as a teacher, museum educator, curriculum advisor, and school leader.
She now works as a leadership consultant, workplace coach and facilitator of adult learning.
Lucy is an Emotional Agility® Certified Practitioner, trained directly with Susan David, Ph.D. Emotional Agility helps people navigate emotion, change, and values-based action.
She is an Accredited Coach at Senior Practitioner level with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, and is affiliated with Growth Coaching International.
A life-long learner, Lucy is committed to supporting the growth and flourishing of others.
